Standard Shipping: Your order will likely ship within 7 days after the order is placed and delivery time is within 1-7 days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Please contact us if you would like to request an expedited order.

Due to the nature of our product personalization and timelines, exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it.

Please keep in mind that all pendants are hand-stamped and therefore may have slight variations from the one pictured. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the stamping and would like to exchange for a new one please inform us via the Contact page and send within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it. Please include your Order Number.

Shipping: The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back. We will ship out your new item free of charge.
